What is a "specimen" of use and how does it differ from the "drawing"?

This information is needed when you apply to register your trademark. A specimen is a sample of how you actually use the mark in commerce on your goods or with your services. A specimen is not the same as the drawing. The drawing shows only your mark, whereas a specimen shows the mark as your purchasersencounter it in the marketplace (e.g., on the labels or on your website).  When you request to register your trademark through Trademarkia, anattorney representing you can assist you in determining what an acceptable specimenand drawing is.
